Item was purchased new in late 2018.
This tractor and its implement are for sale because the usage of the equipment has been way below the expected usage for the three years we have had it. It has only done 680hrs from new, and this has only been with the FAE MTH225 attached. We are a local civil earthmoving contractor in Mildura Victoria and are proud of our business and how we maintain our modern equipment.
This example of tractor and implement would pass any examination by a prospective purchaser. It is an as new condition and has had all the regulator servicing done by the local dealer (is currently kept in a shed), all records can be supplied upon request.
This tractor and Mixer are an awesome combination for conditioning the soil ready for compaction, we have used it extensively on various road projects over the past three years but now it is surplus to our requirements and it needs to go to someone who has the projects to suit.

The FAE unit also includes a PLC based water injection system (worth $34k) which controls precisely the exact water as required to the nozzles based on ground speed and many other factors
This is a great addition and extremely useful for soil conditioning during road construction and stabilizing. There is some info on it in the photo’s attached, in fact it was the first of its type introduced into Australia on this type of machine.
It is also great for reclaiming sealed roads so that the material can be reused, conditioned, placed and compacted forming a new road surface again without the need of carting material away, or the purchase of new FCR. It is also setup for downsizing surface rock and ideal for reclaiming previously unusable farming land
The unit can go to a max of 500mm deep, although we only ever went to 300mm deep.
