BT550 4 x 4 Ute - 2013 Fifth Wheeler Caravan for sale WA

Always warehouse garaged when not used therefore as new through out/in. Factory double

insulated, tinted windows and fully Australian customised from US factory (ie door on correct side).

Day/night factory fitted blinds. Brand new bearings. Absolutely nothing to do but hit the road and

enjoy your holiday or retirement. Quality through out. Sleeps 6 including full size double bed + fold

down sofa & dinette. Heaps of room with large 3m slide out. Floor heating through to air-

conditioning through whole areas including vents in main bedroom. Bath/shower and toilet inc extra

exhaust fan to ensure no unwanted odours ever. Full 3 hang robes and mirrors. 12 drawers.

Microwave, 12V/240V energy efficient fridge/freezer (brand new), range hood, gas oven, gas stove.

Fold down bread board for extra bench space. Power points all over internal area never need to use

an extension cord. Heaps of cupboards inside as well as under van and outer storage areas. More

pantry space than my home. Smoke detector, gas detector & carbon monoxide detector. Will not

want to ever tow a caravan again after feeling the sturdy 5th wheel connection that is so stable on

road especially when passing triple road trains. Can run on battery, gas (2 bottles) or 240V power.

Includes Honda invertor generator. Gas heater is awesome, water gets hot within minutes. Doubles

to heat annexe in winter too. Awning size 4.9m. 210L fresh water, 290L grey water and 145L black

water tanks. Water filter in kitchen. External gas baynot for BBQ that sits outside annexe to avoid

smoking annexe out. Own light for BBQ night cooking too. External speakers in awning/annexe area.

Can honestly live in the van permanently it is that comfortable. Towed by Mazda BT50 Dual Cab

(2013 Dual Cab 4x4). Will sell Mazda separately but 5th wheel needs to go first.
